Assistant Manager, Marketing & Public Engagement
Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong (Habitat HK) is currently seeking talented individual for the role of Assistant Manager, Marketing & Public Engagement. This is a new role. You will be a passionate expert at brand building within the charity sector as well as an all-round, experienced marketer. You will inspire the team to create and deliver integrated, insight-led brand and marketing strategies which will transform audience perceptions and behaviour, delivering organisational strategic objectives.
You will bring your

across Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong’s campaigns, fundraising and public
With a broad range of
skills and knowledge, including digital marketing, online campaigning, project
management, storytelling, media relations and content strategy and planning,
you’ll also have experience in supporting multi-disciplinary teams and managing
budgets, suppliers and consultants, and the ability to provide clear strategic
direction as to how the organisation can best use digital, design and
multimedia for increased engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
in collaboration with the wider team in the development, implementation and
regular review of our annual brand and marketing strategy, identifying
integration opportunities, clarifying objectives, and influencing and making
recommendations on messaging, audience segmentation, and targeting activities.
our online presence, develop compelling content, to increase growth and engagement
of our target audiences.
the use of new tools and tactics to develop our digital platforms.
a strategic overview and evaluation of all brand and marketing projects and
campaigns against KPIs, reporting progress and return on investment, ensuring
lessons learnt are shared with stakeholders and feed into the design of future
marketing tools to enable our teams and board of directors to articulate our messaging
to a wider audience.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Degree holder
in communicatios, marketing or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing
or communications experience.
experience in digital marketing and/or digital fundraising.
- Good written and verbal
communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational skills and
- Proficiency in PC
operations (MS based applications. English and Chinese word processing).
- Ability to complete multiple
projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities; ability to meet
- Experience working
with a non-profit organisation, including in a volunteering capacity.
